I think you would find it difficult to argue with Anne on this point and what a great point it is too.


Day 35 was a learning day for me:


“Well, I have learnt a few things 1) being on a webinar until 2100 totally messes with my sleep. I could not switch off and I was tossing and turning all night long. 2) DO NOT CHECK MESSAGES UNTIL AFTER MORNING ROUTINE!! I read a WhatsApp, because the notification came through, then all I could think about during my workout was the bloody message and how I must not forget to action the request”.


I still do both of these sometimes and I do see the difference, working or being on a screen late effects my sleep terribly. And reading messages before my morning routine can get in my head. I end up thinking about the messages or how to respond whilst also trying to meditate. I still need to work on these.
