I think it is very easy to want other peoples lives these days, people filter out the rubbish and put what they want you to see on social media and it makes us feel inadequate or like we are underachieving. The reality can be very, very different. We need to be the best we can be and not compare ourselves or try to be, someone else.


On my day 58, I was feeling the love:


“I love the DAS, it does make me feel good and I believe my tri training has improved because of it. More so than the DAS, the meditation helps in the morning. I do feel much more calm and relaxed”.


I get agitated now if I miss my exercises in the morning. I do purposely miss them on rest days, but I keep the meditation and the journaling.
