"BS story you keep telling yourself"

Oh and I’m pretty good at those BS stories. Not enough time, too old, not clever enough, don’t have the natural talent for that, will cost too much etc. etc. It is difficult to get through these stories we tell ourselves, but wow, once we do, what a difference it can make.


By day 53 I had a routine for meditation, I had based it on Headspace that I listened to a year or so ago, but it was just me, sitting in silence with my watch giving me a count of 6 in and 6 out (breath):


“Going to try guided meditation today, I have done the same routine for 53 days, which I enjoy, but found I have access to Headspace – so thought I’s give it a go”.


And to be honest, I do prefer guided meditation now and hence why it is now included as part of the Plan!
