Here we are at the end of 66 days of installing healthy habits and I think this quote sums it all up beautifully. To me, this can mean that because something happens or because we do something occasionally, it does not knock us off track. If we get back on it and keep the consistency, we will get the results we want. So, if you have decided to add more plant based meals into your menu rota, but still have meat on Monday’s, that does not stop you from making a difference. Not only to your health, but for the planet and future generations.

“Last day of this Plan and onto the next. Will spend sometime today finalising my next goals and making sure I can measure them”.
I think it is so important that we think of this as the start and not the end. It would be very easy to let the habits slip and create the old ones again. Be clear as to what you want your habits to be next and let us know how we can support you in achieving them.
