Another quote I like because it can mean so much. Your dreams and goals will not just be handed to you, you must put some effort in and keep going.
My journal entry on day 38 was very similar to day 37:
“Didn’t have the best nights sleep, not terrible but not great. Could easily have snoozed or even turned off the alarm. Feel much better now I have exercised”.
I find it interesting looking back, just starting to realise how important that morning activation session was/is to my physical and mental wellbeing.
