“Everything you can imagine is real.”― Pablo Picasso

I guess this is like some of the earlier quotes, but I thought it would be a good time to reminds ourselves of the power of imagination.

Day 11! Are they flying by, still early days really, at this stage for me, I still had not got my sleep dialled in and was preparing to go away for the weekend:

“Feeling really irritable today – very tired. Also really worried about what I’m going to do at the weekend when we go away”.

I’ll talk a little more about this weekend away over the next few days and how I adapted the Plan to fit.

Although I was not feeling it in the morning, I did write in the evening “I am grateful for a wonderful day…. lovely colours”. I remember this day vividly because I stood in the garden at lunchtime and I really noticed how vibrant the colours were and it struck me that I was noticing things in much more depth. Perhaps the meditation was really starting to open my mind. I have found that showing gratitude for things each day has made me look out for more things to be grateful for. Have a go, write down 1 or 2 things that you were grateful for yesterday and tonight, write a couple that you were grateful for today.

Talking of a great fill (these are getting worse I know), what about this?
