Our actions and intentions are so important, if we put plans in place to be happy and act on them, we are much more likely to succeed than simply hoping happiness will happen.
TWO WEEKS! Day 14, well done – how are your plans going?
My planning was again concerning me at this stage, the day I went away for a long weekend:
“Still a little concerned about how I’m going to do the 20-20-20* whilst away, but the more I think about it, the more I think that actually this is a great learning opportunity for me”.
* = 20-20-20 was what the Plan was initially called because (for me) it consisted of 20 minutes Daily Activation, 20 minutes journaling and medication and 20 minutes of learning/education.
Since starting the Plan, I had started to think more about how I can learn from things, rather than treat any set back as total failure.
Now this one may set the diet back a little, but it really is the BEST chocolate cake I have ever had, vegan or otherwise
