Good morning and welcome to day 4. This is a great thing to aim for, excuses are the reasons we give ourselves for not doing the things we know will make us grow.
Here is an extract from my day 4:
“When I was awake in the night, my mind was asking lots of questions as to whether this is really worthwhile.
Now I’m up and have exercised, I do feel much more positive, although I forgot the order again and what fits in where”.
I struggled early on and had some serious doubts, but I knew that if I could get a little better each day, then over time the routine would be easier, and I would reach my goals.
