Welcome to day 49! I do like the thought of being able to choose. A lot of stress can come from feeling out of control and not having a choice. I don’t know much about Louise Hay’s self-help books, but I do like this quote.
My day 49 seemed to be obsessed with planning, exercise and golf, however a short snippet shows I had not recovered from the poor night the previous night:
“Slept well – felt tired before DAS though and I do feel good now, I can feel the tiredness still. Playing golf today so need to find some energy for that”.
I didn’t and a comment later in the day revealed about my golf “I was poor today”, I definitely feel the tiredness play a huge part in this.
