Back on the theme that to ‘get there’ you need to do something, it will not be handed to you. I think it is ok to wish for things, as long as you then work out what the process is to achieve the wish and work towards it. Wishing alone is like hoping for an apple tree and not planting the seed.
Day 47 well done everyone, today I was getting to grips with breathing!

I believe this is a common thing when doing hard exercises, like those last few push ups, we hold our breathe and go red with the effort. It is counterintuitive, if we actually breathe normally, our muscles can work much more efficiently. Also, holding the breath during exercise can significantly raise blood pressure, this is not something we want to be doing either.
