Welcome to day 3. I believe this quote builds on yesterdays by Henry Ford, Muhammed Ali was such a positive thinker, he just didn’t entertain the idea of failure and neither should you.

Here is a short extract from my day 3:
“Feeling tired today, although slightly better for having done morning exercises - need to shake headache. I’m having doubts and questioning The Plan - I will break through this.”
Doubts hit me early, but I remembered quotes like the ones of Robin Sharma, Henry Ford and Muhammad Ali and it gave me strength to continue.

Vegan chocolate protein power – 1 scoop
Soya milk – 300ml
Banana – 1
Peanut butter – 2 tablespoons
Ground seeds (any) – 1 tablespoon
Oats – 20g
Throw it in a blender – whizz – drink – I love this as an afternoon snack – what do you think?
