I have set a reminder that appears each day at 7am that tells me ‘Something amazing with happen today?’ Probably not grammatically correct, but I added the ? so I can read it sometimes as a statement and sometimes as a question. Sometimes I just ignore it, but sometimes I think, ok, how can I make something amazing happen?


Was writing a lot about planning on my day 61 and what I was doing with The Plan. I did also note:


Sleep was ok, as it is a recovery day, I set alarm for 6 not 5, still doing DAS and meditation and learning”.


So still sticking to the routine, just doing it later as I did not have any ‘serious’ training to do!
