Day 2


Welcome to day 2. I think this is such a powerful quote, once you start believing you can do something, you can, it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. You can get up with larks, you can exercise, you can change eating habits and you will improve your healthstyle.


How was it this morning - please do let us know, this is a short extract from my journal on day 2:


“Didn’t sleep that well, was thinking about getting up! I did get up - morning exercises done, will go for a short run. Feel ok, good having done the exercise.”


Installing this morning routine, all of which is vital to achieving your goals, but the exercise routine gets all the good juices flowing and really sets you up for the day.
