I love this, we definitely have to roll with the punches now and again, more now then again for most of us.
We are drawing towards the end of the first 66 days, and as I have mentioned on a few occasions, this is just the beginning.
For some of you, you will have installed some healthy habits, but it is easy to let them slip and to 'skip' a day, 2 days, a week, a month and be back where we started.
