HALFWAY PEOPLE!! Well done, how are you finding it, what are you loving, what is your favourive new food you have tried, which exercises are working for you, what support do you need?
I like this extract from my journal on day 33:
“Feels more automatic in some ways, just to get up, exercise, journal, meditate, learn”.
And this has definitely stuck with me, the routine is now my habit and it feels strange to think I have ever done anything else!
