Day 1


Good morning and welcome to the first day of The 66 Plan. Together we are going to be building habits that will help with your happiness, health and wellbeing.


By now you will have completed your first morning routine, how did it go? We genuinely want to know, so please do comment here, email or call me to let me know how you got on and how we can help in any way.


These first few days will be ok, it then starts to get really tough, but don’t worry, we are here for you, just let us know what you need or how you are feeling - we are here to help.


This is an extract from my first day on The 66 Plan:


“Enjoyed just sitting with the chickens*, did feel like I did not know what I was supposed to be doing.”


My first day I felt such a fraud, I was just playing at it - how was I supposed to act and feel, but those feelings changed as I kept to the routine and they will for you too.


Please find a link to a recipe that I love - always make more than you need, you can pop it in the freezer and you can use it next time you need a quick meal.


*We had three recuse hens – all gone now
