What I take from this is that we can learn and grow from trials and struggle. If things are easy and do not challenge us, then we do not learn and grow as much. Again, using the exercise analogy, if the weight is too light and easy, our muscles are not stressed and do not grow. However, the right amount of stress and most importantly, recovery, that is when the muscle grows.
One of my favourite entries from my philosophical writings today:
“Trying to decide whether to have breakfast before or after bike ride!!! Deep thinking this morning”.
I think the tiredness was blocking my flow! How are you getting on, what support would you like?
Bit naughty but thought you might like a treat.
