What I take from this is that we can learn and grow from trials and struggle. If things are easy and do not challenge us, then we do not learn and grow as much. Again, using the exercise analogy, if the weight is too light and easy, our muscles are not stressed and do not grow. However, the right amount of stress and most importantly, recovery, that is when the muscle grows.
