Day 5


Well, you have started and you are already on to day 5, well done. How did you get on with the routine this morning, don’t forget to let us know?


Here is an extract from my morning journaling:


“I feel a little lost, like yesterday, I will think of plans for the future and start them TODAY.”


And it was on my day 5, that I came up with the idea of making it my mission to help others by introducing them to my version of the Plan that would help install the habits to lead to a healthy life and prolonged healthspan. How you getting on, good, bad, loving it, hating it, what do you need?


Have you had breakfast yet - here is a suggestion:


Oats – 1/4 mug

Soya milk – 1/2 mug

Banana

Frozen raspberries – small handfull

Chia and Flax seeds – 1 tsp each

Mixed nuts 20g

Squirt of maple syrup


Oat, soya milk and banana in a bowl and in the microwave for 2 mins. Add the raspberries and mix well, breaking up the banana. Microwave for another minute on 80% power. Add the rest, mix well again, enjoy!
