"Walk to a nearby park"

“A walk to a nearby park may give you more energy and inspiration in life than spending two hours in front of a screen.” – Tsang Lindsay

If we can get out and walk, it does so much for our mental health. I love just going for a quick walk at lunchtime. Clears the mind and make me more productive in the afternoon, just don’t do it enough – you?

On the home stretch now – do you feel, how are you getting on with your goals, here are a couple of short extracts from my day 51 which shows things were going well for me:

“Slept well………As always, I feel much better now I have exercised – I feel like I have lost quite a bit of fat”.

I could not say I was fat to start with, I was just over 19% BF and by this stage was at 15%, and I feel that this was down to cleaning up my diet, the daily activation each morning (in addition to my triathlon training), and my eating routine. I finish eating by 7pm and do not eat on most days until 8am and on non-tri training days, not until midday.
