What is it that is weighing you down? What support do you need to let go of something?


I think the morning routine was certainly becoming a habit for me by day 43 according to this snippet from my journal:


“I did think for a split second this morning when the alarm went off – “this is a recovery day, why not stay in bed until 6 or even not do the exercises today, your should does hurt”. Even as I walked to get my kit, I was still thinking about it. I got dressed any way, had some water and came downstairs and just got on with the Daily Activation Session.


Feel wide awake now and looking forward to the day”.


It is hard to quieten down that voice in your head, I find just taking things in small chucks helps; goal 1 – get up – goal 2 – get kit on – goal 3 – go downstairs – goal 4 – start exercises etc. before you know it, you have done it and feel great.
