This could have been the tag line for The 66 Plan, nice and simple and is the foundation of habit forming.

Today I was writing a lot about The Plan and my ideas, not really any insights into how I was actually getting on with it, apart from a very small extract:

I think I slept ok last night”.

Not overly insightful – what about you, how are you finding things? I appeared to be obsessed with sleep – in fact, I noticed that I had written in January 2020 that I was going to prioritise sleep this year, what is your sleep like? How does it affect you?
