Eek, I though I’d leave this one until after the halfway point. I hope you are not in a dark place, but if you are, this is a great way to think about situations.
I was having a bit of a panic on day 34, here is why:
“Just got a little stressed thinking about NOT getting up at 5am! I was wondering how I’d fit everything in without rushing around like a fool”.
Personally, I feel I have much more time these days, yes, I get up early, but I also go to bed early, yet being up before most people feels liberating to me. I have often done my 20-minute daily activation session, journaled and meditated, studied and then had a full workout, either swim, bike or run, before most people have even got out of bed. I would say I don’t know how I fitted it in before, but the answer is simple, I didn’t.
